Corporate LeadHER Table Podcast
Welcome to the Serve It! & Own It! Leadership Lifestyle podcast. I am your host, Courtney Ball, HR Executive and Leadership Coach. I help women become better leaders at work. This podcast is an intimate conversation about how to build your leadership capacity and how I’m living my boldest, servant leadership aspirations every day. Whether, that’s BTS of working as a highly effective CHRO, traveling to new places to expand my horizons and have big FUN, or pouring into the relationships I value most. Episodes drop every week so make sure you subscribe and get notified about new content.
Happy New Year, LeadHER’s! I hope you enjoyed the holiday season and had time to relax and rejuvenate. I know I did! Now that we’re back, in full swing of 2023 – honestly, I’m not quite ready!
On this episode, I share some reflections and thoughts about my 2022 wins and epiphanies. While I experienced a lot of success in 2022, that success required a lot of my energy. A lot my positive, motivating, empowering energy went to my clients. That decision cost me in my personal relationships. In the new year, I am committing to pouring into relationships I value the most. With my partner, my friends and my family.
What are you changing and committing to in 2023? Let’s talk about it on Instagram!
